Ingredients:
25 medium Olives - drained
250gm Puff Pastry Dough
Salt Water or Egg Wash (1 Yolk + 1tbsp WaterTomatoes +1 pinch Salt)

Preheat oven to 150°C Roll the puff pastry dough into a sheet of 12” x 10”. Cut 13 strips from the longer side of the sheet. Now half them from the center, to obtain 26 strips of about 1” x 5”. Place the olive on the edge of a strip and roll the olive on to the strip, pinch the edge to seal.

Brush with egg wash or salt water and arrange the olives onto a baking sheet, spacing them 1” apart. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
