Preheat oven to 150°C Roll the puff pastry dough into a sheet of 12” x 10”. Cut 13
strips from the longer side of the sheet. Now half them from the center, to
obtain 26 strips of about 1” x 5”. Place the olive on the edge of a strip and
roll the olive on to the strip, pinch the edge to seal. |
