Ingredients:
1 cup Bread Cubes
1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 cup Cream Cheese
1/4 cup Hung Curd
4-5 drops Lemon Juice / White Wine Vinegar
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 head Lettuce - large chop
Slivers of Parmesan
To prepare crotons; toss bread in oil and pinch of salt. Spread on a baking tray and
toast in a preheated oven at 150°C for 15 minutes or until they are dry and crunchy. Remove from oven and let cool.
To prepare dressing; whisk together cheese, curd, vinegar, salt and pepper until smooth.
When ready to serve; toss the lettuce and crotons in dressing and garnish with Parmesan slivers.
