Fresh Fruit Pizza
Makes: 12-inch pizza
Ingredients:
3 tbsp Sugar (Boora)
1 tbsp White Flour (Maida)
3 tbsp Cold Milk
1 Egg
1 tsp Lemon Zest
2 medium Red apples – thin sliced
1/4 cup (40 gm) Raisins – soaked in warm water
2 tbsp Sliced Almonds
310 gm Milk Pizza Dough

Place the baking stone/tiles or baking tray in the oven and preheat to 230°C/450°F.

In a large bowl, whisk together sugar, flour and milk until completely dissolved. Whisk in egg to form a creamy paste. Stir in the zest.

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough with a rolling pin into a 12-inch wide disk. Maintain the edges thicker than the center of the base. Spread the disc on to a parchment/baking paper. Arrange apple slices, overlapping them slightly. Pour milk-egg paste on top. Scatter raisins and almonds over the pizza.

Transfer the pizza with the parchment paper on to the hot stone or tray. Bake for 10 minutes and reduce the temperature to 200°C/400°F. Continue to bake until the crust is golden brown, about 10-15 minutes.

Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
