Pizza Dough Makes: (310 gm) 1 large pizza Ingredients: 1 2/3 cup (220 gm) White Flour (Maida) + extra for dusting 1/2 tsp Baking Powder 1/2 tsp Salt 2 1/2 tbsp (40 gm) Unsalted Butter – small dice 1/3 cup (100 ml) Milk |

In a large bowl, whisk together sugar, flour and milk until completely dissolved. Whisk in egg to form a creamy paste. Stir in the zest. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough with a rolling pin into a 12-inch wide disk. Maintain the edges thicker than the center of the base. Spread the disc on to a parchment/baking paper. Arrange apple slices, overlapping them slightly. Pour milk-egg paste on top. Scatter raisins and almonds over the pizza. |
| Transfer the pizza with the parchment paper on to the hot stone or tray. Bake for 10 minutes and reduce the temperature to 200°C/400°F. Continue to bake until the crust is golden brown, about 10-15 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve immediately. |
